CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developer's Associations of India) is the apex body of the     organized real estate developers/builders across India.

    CREDAI Bengal was founded in 1989 by like-minded real estate developers with an intention to bring         about professionalism in the real estate industry in West Bengal. CREDAI Bengal was conceived as a         platform to not only regulate the conduct of its members based on accepted code of conduct but also         toact as a representative association for interacting with the statutory bodies, government agencies         and the public at large.
